Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 and Binary Logistic Regression Model were used to analyze data related to descriptive and inferential statistics. Using descriptive statistics (frequencies, percentages, minimum and maximum value of individual variable), the first specific objective of this study was analyzed using SPSS. The Inferential statistics applied the binary logistic regression model to determine the contribution of cashew nuts towards farmer’s livelihood. The findings of the study show that farm size and education level (P=0.000) were the most significant predictors of improvement of farmers’ livelihood. The coefficient was positive (1.526 and 1.29) in the sense that farmers who have big farms and education were likely to have good quality houses.
