Item Technical advisory services for biodiversity conservation and wetland management in Kilombero Valley Ramsar Site(The Belgiam Development Cooperation, 2018-05-15) Mombo, F.; Cunliffe, R.; Nyanghura, Q.; Mariki, S.This report presents the findings of a socioeconomic survey of four villages surrounding Ngapemba wetland. It has been prepared under the framework of and as a contribution to the KILORWEMP Project (Kilombero and Lower Rufiji Wetlands Management Project), currently being implemented as a collaborative effort between Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC) and the Tanzania Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism (MNRT) with financial support from Belgian Aid and the European Union. The overall goal of KILORWEMP is to promote the sustainable management of the wetlands ecosystem of the Kilombero Valley and Lower Rufiji.
